Anthony DiGiulian, CISA, is a Director specializing in System & Organization Control (SOC) audits, IT risk assessments, cybersecurity consulting services, and internal control reviews.
He brings confidence, trust, and credibility to clients’ risk management frameworks by testing key IT processes and controls, and assisting with the development and delivery of customized IT audit methodologies and project plans.
Anthony also manages third-party assurance reviews, including SSAE 18, ISAE 3402, and SOC 2 Trust Principle audits over Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy. Additionally, he has experience overseeing internal control assessments that follow the COSO Framework.
During his tenure with the firm, Anthony has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, software as a service, telecommunications, real estate, insurance, technology and professional services.
Anthony is passionate about being an uplifting, positive presence for clients, and within the community. He shares his love of cooking and gardening with others as a volunteer with Red Wiggler Farm in Montgomery County, Maryland. Red Wiggler Farm is an organic sustainable farm that focuses on providing meaningful employment and healthy food for adults with developmental disabilities.
Anthony earned a B.S. in Accounting from Elon University in North Carolina, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. He is also a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
