He is an expert in helping clients navigate the challenges of selecting and implementing complex business applications, with a particular focus on ERP systems.
With over 30 years of business and IT management experience, Chris helps clients use technology effectively to drive growth and productivity while reducing costs. Since 1989, Chris has honed his expertise in business and IT management with demonstrated, in-depth experience in:
- Strategic planning and execution
- Outsourced CIO and IT leadership
- Business software evaluation and implementation, particularly complex ERP projects
- Large-scale project management
- Strategic vendor management
- Change and infrastructure management
Chris has a track record of matching critical business and IT strategies to help clients achieve bottom-line gains. His recent experiences include working with a multi-national $400M revenue firm to replace their ERP solution, several ERP projects in the food and beverage industry, and serving as the outsourced CIO for several local firms. He’s diligent about staying current with the latest business technology practices and the future direction of technology.
Chris received his B.S. degree in Commerce at the University of Virginia and his M.B.A at Loyola University Maryland. Chris enjoys sailing and is actively involved in the Downtown Sailing Center in Baltimore where he has been the Board President since 2019.
