As a Staff Accountant on the SC&H Wealth team, Elisa Setiawati specializes in individual tax preparation and assisting not-for-profit teams for tax return preparations.
A graduate of the Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, Indonesia, Elisa earned a bachelor’s degree of Economics and Financial Management. Elisa furthered her education with a master’s degree in Financial Accounting from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. She passed her CPA exams and is currently pursuing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Elisa enjoyed working as a tax counselor volunteer for AARP Foundation Tax Aide. She has had wonderful experiences helping seniors and low-income individuals prepare their tax returns. In addition to volunteer work, she has also supported some charity work provided by Catholic Charities, such as The Mother of Mercy Free Medical Clinics, which provides free medical visits and services. Elisa is grateful to be part of a people-focused tax firm like SC&H which also values giving back to the community.
Outside of work, Elisa enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking. A proud wife and mother of two girls, Elisa enjoys spending time with her family.
