Karolina Wojcik, Controller in the SC&H Accounting Solutions practice, has been with the firm since September 2023 and brings 15+ years of private accounting experience across diverse industries to the team. Her experience spans various aspects of operational accounting, including monthly close process for multi-entity, multi-currency environment, consolidation, financial reporting, audit preparation, and process improvements.
Karolina holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cracow University of Economics. Prior to joining SC&H, Karolina worked as a Senior Accounting Manager in the technology and asset management industries. She enjoys assessing processes to understand potential areas for improvement and optimizing operations to enhance efficiencies for her clients.
Karolina and her husband, Michal, are parents of two kids who desperately beg for a dog. In her time outside of spreadsheets and kids’ activities, Karolina is a true globetrotter taking pleasure in exploring different corners of the world. Her motto is: Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before (Dalai Lama). She is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to hike, ski, bike and capture family moments in photos.
