Nick Scott

Director

Since joining SC&H in 2008, Nick has proven business and technology consultancy services have the power to transform organizations. Nick wears multiple hats at SC&H, but his primary focus is leading the Data Analytics practice, which enables businesses to shape and execute on modern data strategy, leverage data as an asset, and ultimately provide actionable intelligence across the organization.

Prior to launching the Data Analytics service line, Nick has been instrumental in driving global deployments of on-premises and cloud-based enterprise performance management software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. In founding the infrastructure services model to complement our Advisory & Transformation practice, Nick has developed a profound understanding of how organizations need to shift legacy solutions in order to modernize enterprise reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Nick’s wide-ranging technical experience includes extensive knowledge of enterprise data warehouse technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica), modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure), along with the leading EPM solutions (Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning/HFM, Essbase). During his time with the BPM Practice, Nick has always placed an emphasis on delivering solutions that yield real, tangible results to help clients run a more effective and efficient organization. The secret to his success is his ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike; and believes if you want to go far, you have to do it together.

A graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Nick has a highly technical educational background. Nick has been a regular presenter at Oracle’s Kscope conferences, and most recently has served as a panelist for the CFO Leadership Council.

Nick loves cars, playing golf, and anything Star Wars related. When he’s not leading cloud transformations or defending the galaxy, Nick also loves spending time with his family—his wife, Sara, and two daughters, Lacey and Amber.

"Individual commitment to a group effort—that is what makes a team work."
