Firm Recognized Second Year in a Row
SC&H was recently named a 2015 “Best Accounting Firm to Work For” by Accounting Today.
Accounting Today has recognized SC&H for the second year in a row as one of the best 100 employers in the accounting industry that offers a quality workplace for employees.
“To be named again as a best firm to work for demonstrates our ongoing commitment to making our employees a top priority,” said Ron Causey, CEO and Co-Founder of SC&H. “The award reinforces the value of our unique workplace culture, which helps us attract and retain top talent to best serve our clients.”
To be recognized, companies from across the United States entered a two-part process to determine Accounting Today’s “Best Accounting Firms to Work For.” The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. In addition, the publication surveyed SC&H employees to gain additional feedback.
In addition, the firm was awarded first place in the “2014 Best Places to Work For” by Accounting Today.
