Notice of Business Continuity Plan
At SC&H Wealth, we recognize how heavily our clients rely on our systems and services. We also recognize that the unexpected can and does occur-from simple situations to major outages. SC&H Wealth has developed a Business Continuity Plan to enable the firm to recover from disruptions due to natural and/or man-made disasters.
While specific details of our Business Continuity Plan are not included in this notice, please be aware that the plan addresses the following areas:
- Data Back-Up and Recovery
- Mission Critical Systems
- Financial and Operational Assessments
- Alternative Communications with Customers, Employees and Regulators
- Alternative Physical Locations for Employees
- Critical Business Constituents
SC&H Wealth does not maintain custody of client funds or securities and relies on our critical business constituents (such as Fidelity Investments) for processing client transactions, maintaining client accounts, and providing access to clients’ funds and securities.
This Business Continuity Plan is reviewed at least annually to ensure technology and business changes are addressed. Material changes will be reflected in an updated “Notice of Business Continuity Plan.” Please contact your advisor for a current copy of this notice.
